Delivery

How an order reaches you

We deliver across Pakistan. Every order is confirmed by a person before it is sent, so you always know the final cost before anything is dispatched.

What happens after you order

• You place your order on the site. Nothing is charged at this point.
• We contact you to confirm the items, the delivery charge and a delivery date.
• Once you are happy with the total, we send the order.
• You pay on delivery. There is no online payment on this site.

Delivery charges

Delivery is quoted per order rather than by a fixed rate, because it depends on where you are and what you have ordered. We tell you the charge when we confirm your order, and you are free to change or cancel it at that point.

Timing

We aim to confirm every order within one working day. The delivery date is agreed with you during that call or message — we will not send anything to a date you have not agreed.
