Do I pay online?

No. This site does not take card or online payments. You place the order, we confirm the total with you, and you pay when the order is delivered.

Why do some products say "Price on enquiry"?

Because we have not set a price for that item yet, and we would rather say so than show a number we have not committed to. Use the enquiry form on the product page and we will confirm the price and availability for you.

Can I order a product that says "Price on enquiry"?

Not through the basket, no — there is no agreed amount to charge. Send an enquiry from the product page instead and we will take it from there.

What does delivery cost?

It depends on your location and your order, so we quote it per order. See the delivery page for how that works.

Some categories say "Opening soon". What does that mean?

Those shelves are being prepared and have no products in them yet. Everything currently available is in Wellness & Nutrition.
